How to make pasta (Indian style pasta)

In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and salt.

Cook the pasta until al dente over medium heat.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Mix in the cumin. When it starts to sizzle, add the garlic. Fry the garlic for about a minute or two.

Add the onions and cook until golden.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes after adding the chopped vegetables.

Stir in the mashed tomatoes and season with salt. Fry the tomatoes until they are soft and mushy.

When the raw smell of the tomatoes has gone away, add the kasuri methi, masala powder, and red chili powder.

Fry for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the raw flavor of the chilli powder is gone. 9. Add cooked pasta.

Stir in the coriander leaves. If it's too dry, add a little oil or cooked pasta water. Check for salt after thoroughly mixing. If necessary, add more.
